Fans who have been keeping up with season three will recognize the immersive space at the United Palace Theater, which features at the center of this season’s murder mystery.
On the show, Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez are the trio who find themselves once again investigating a murder. This time, it’s at the Goosebury Theater where Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd), a Hollywood action star, has been killed. Ben’s colleague Loretta (Meryl Streep) is the prime suspect.
Guests will be tasked with their personal crime scene investigation journey based on the show. Props and costumes from Season 3 will be on display as evidence. Costume designer Dana Covarrubias said in a statement, “I am thrilled that our ‘Only Murders’ fans will get to see the ‘Death Rattle Dazzle’ costumes in an up close and personal way at this event. My team and I worked for six months creating these costumes along with many local New York craftspeople including milliners, shoemakers, Broadway costume houses, custom glove makers and mascot builders. This is a rare opportunity to see the beauty (and sparkle!) of everyone’s work up close.”
