An escort who filmed a client performing a sex act on her without his knowledge – before sending the film to his fiancée two months later – has broken her silence on the incident which she says “ruined her life”.
Brooke Ariel Grace Baker, 31, claims she is now homeless and has had to give up her beloved bartending job since the matter became public.
Although she pleaded guilty to sharing the video without the man’s knowledge, she claims that the man in the video – which was filmed in August 2022 – knew he was being filmed and was paid for the intimate footage.
She also says he booked multiple times a day and they were “inseparable” at the time of filming.
“It was sent from a random email, so.” [victim] “I automatically assume I did it,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

“He ruined my life and has no remorse, and now everyone thinks I’m a psycho escort… and I don’t even escort anymore.”
After the couple received the video, they reported the matter to police, who issued an arrest warrant to protect the victim from Baker.
Baker appeared in Penrith Court on Tuesday where she pleaded guilty to stalking and harassing a former client despite being banned from contacting him.
She was previously found guilty in December of two counts of intentionally taking an intimate image without consent despite failing to appear in court.
Baker filmed the video of the man performing oral sex on her in August before sharing the video with the man and his fiancée via an anonymous email in October, the agreed facts state.
The email address was (victim’s name) cheatson (fiancé’s name) @gmail.com.
But Baker told Daily Mail Australia she could not afford legal representation and had been instructed by her legal aid lawyer to plead guilty.
The couple traveled through the website Escorts and Babes, where Baker appeared under the name Amelia, and arranged to meet at the Meriton Suites in Parramatta

“To be honest, I pleaded guilty just to get it over with and didn’t expect the nonsense to be in the news… I can’t afford for the lawyers to fix this.”
The couple got together in 2018 through the escort service Escortsandbabes.com.au, court documents say.
The man booked Baker, who used the pseudonym “Amelia”, and the pair arranged to meet at the Meriton Suites in Parramatta.
However, Baker disputes his version of events and says they actually met on Valentine’s Day 2022.
“He booked me three times that day and we became inseparable,” she said.
It is understood the relationship deteriorated when the victim stopped booking her services or answering her calls.
The court heard months later that she saw him stop at a traffic light at an intersection and get into his car, where the two argued. Baker only left after telling her he was going to a police station.
She then sent him 244 text messages and made 87 calls to his phone in one evening without him answering. After she was found guilty of recording the video, she was given an AVO preventing her from contacting him.
Despite her job and housing problems, she vowed to “never go back as a chaperone again.”
However, Baker now also denies this and says that in both cases “another escort” was involved, not her.
“He promised her several times that he would leave her.” [his fiance]. He has several escorts who have tried to make him a boyfriend but I am the only one who can handle all this,” she said.
The backlash since the saga was published has resulted in her being forced to leave her dream job at a local league club.
“I was trained at the league club in bar games, functions and events,” she said.
“They said they didn’t want that kind of influence in the club.”
In the months since her indictment, she has been evicted from her unit in Mt Druitt in Sydney’s west. She was recently evicted from a property she shared with a friend in St Mary’s North at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
But despite her job and housing problems, she has vowed to “never go back to escorting.”
“I just did it because I was at a low point in my life and it was either about being homeless,” she said.
“This time I chose to be homeless, it’s not worth it.”
Baker remains on bail and her matters will be heard back in court on October 24.
