Serbian Boriša Simanić had his kidney removed in a second operation after it badly hit the region in the 115-83 win over South Sudan on August 30.
The Basketball Federation of Serbia announced on Monday that Simanić underwent two surgeries, the second of which involved the removal of a complete kidney following problems.
