Still heavily pregnant, Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker were spotted leaving a hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday.

On Friday, Travis’ band Blink-182 announced the postponement of some European tour dates because an “urgent family matter” forced him to rush home.

The following day, Kourtney, 44, who went public with her pregnancy in June, was seen leaving the hospital with Travis and climbing into an SUV.

Neither Travis nor Kourtney have revealed why they were in the hospital, but based on the appearance of her stomach when she left the hospital, it appears she did not give birth.

Kourtney was seen walking unaided when she and her husband showed up on Friday, climbed into a gloss black Range Rover and drove off.

The reality star, who hasn’t announced her due date publicly, wore a silver maternity top and matching pants.

On Friday, Blink-182 announced via Insta Stories that they had to postpone their upcoming concerts due to Travis’ family emergency.

“Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return to his homeland in the United States,” the band revealed on social media. “The Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin shows are being rescheduled. We will provide more information on his return to Europe and new dates as it becomes available.”

The Blink 182 European tour was scheduled to kick off Friday night in Glasgow, where Travis was staying when the announcement was made.

Travis then launched his own social media, posting cryptic images of the Glasgow Airport prayer room.

Just last week, he and his pregnant wife were spotted enjoying the sun together on a romantic stroll along the beach.

As Travis raced home to Kourtney, his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, confirmed the children she shares with him are “healthy and healthy.”

Shanna and Travis welcomed 19-year-old Landon and 17-year-old Alabama together, and Travis was also instrumental in raising Shanna’s daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, who she had with former professional boxer Oscar De La Hoya.

Kourtney now has three children — Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8 — with ex-fiancé Scott Disick, who she dated on and off for nearly a decade.

Kourtney excitedly revealed to the world in June that she’s expecting a baby from Travis, who she tied the knot with last year.

She dropped the bombshell during a Blink 182 concert when she stood in the audience and held up a sign that read “TRAVIS I’M PREGNANT” — a mischievous reference to a similar scene in the music video for the song “All The Small Things.” the band .

Her stunning news came over a year after Kourtney stalled her IVF journey, which had left her at the mercy of a host of health issues, including depression.

On a 2022 episode of her reality show The Kardashians, Kourtney spoke candidly about the “horrific” experience she had with IVF.

She claimed in a confessional that the “meds they gave me put me into menopause, literally into menopause.”

Kourtney theorized, “I think because I’m so clean and careful about what I put into my body, it’s like I feel the exact opposite and I’m working as a contraceptive rather than helping us.”

She explained, “I have everything in the world to be happy about.” I’m just a little bit uncomfortable and I don’t like myself. Super moody and hormonal like I’m a maniac half the time.’

In December of that year, a few months after their marriage, she told the Wall Street Journal that she stopped her IVF treatments 10 months ago.

Kourtney, who tied the knot with Travis in May, shared that she “took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married.”

In a subsequent episode of The Kardashians, she said, “We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us.”

She also revealed that she had “seven frozen eggs from before Travis” — a move she took when she was nearly 40.

“When I was 38 or 39, everyone was urging me to do it, and most of me didn’t survive the thaw because eggs are just a cell and none of them made it into an embryo,” said the eldest Kardashian sister.

“Everything that came with IVF took a toll on me physically. My health is still affected because it’s hormones. And mentally, too, it took its toll,” she said.

“So I think the most important thing is to just be happy and be a good parent to my kids. We just accept that whatever is meant to be, will be.”
