Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, was spotted with his dog in the Hamptons on Friday – a day after he posted a video of himself in an angry confrontation with the owner of a Massachusetts pizza place.
Portnoy, 46, wore pink sweatpants, a white T-shirt and a navy baseball cap as he took Brody for a walk near his home.
The controversial sports media entrepreneur, who sold Barstool Sports for $550 million in February and then bought it back for $1 last month, bought a $10 million home near Montauk in 2021.
The Massachusetts-born businessman also owns a $14 million home in Miami and a $2 million estate in Nantucket that he bought in 2015.

Portnoy has been posting reviews of pizza slices online for a decade and was filmed on Thursday getting into a heated argument with a pizza shop owner in the middle of a review of the restaurant.
While the exchange started out curt but polite, the argument quickly escalated into a swear-word-filled argument after Somerville store owner Dragon Pizza told Portnoy he didn’t appreciate what you do when you walk in and do business in bite judged in such a case.’
After being asked to leave the area in front of the restaurant, Portnoy told the owner, “Let me get this straight: F*** you.”
He said to the owner, “Fuck you,” several more times while scolding him, before telling him that he was on a “public road, bloody shit.”
The owner retaliates, calling Portnoy a “damn bitch”.

“Just fuck yourself and the whole frigging platform you’re standing on,” he said, before threatening to call the police.
Portnoy said in the video, which was uploaded to his pizza ratings YouTube channel, that he thought the pizza had been rated 6.4 out of 10, adding that the slice he ate from a “flabby mess”.
He described the restaurant owner as the “worst pizza shop owner in the history of reviews.”
The heated argument comes just weeks after security filings revealed Portnoy bought back Barstool Sports for just $1. The company that bought it, PENN, said it was expected to lose $850 million after the deal.
PENN’s ownership of the media series came under fire after several moments of controversy from its brazen and often obnoxious staff.

In May, former presenter Ben Mintz was fired from PENN after reading rap lyrics containing the N-word.
Despite an apology and requests from Portnoy to keep him, PENN fired Mintz. PENN’s share price fell as a result of its cancellation.
In one of his first acts as sole owner, Portnoy brought Mintz back.
He and Mintz posted videos of both sides of the same phone call – showing he would be returning to Barstool.
Portnoy told DailyMail.com he will never go public again.
