(Yasin Ozturk/Anadolu Agency/Getty Images, File) Chen and Feng are accused of attempting to strip the tax-exempt status of a Falun Gong entity by filing a whistleblower complaint with the IRS and then allegedly attempting to bribe an undercover agent posing as an IRS agent earlier this month with $5,000, and promises of more than $50,000 if the agent advanced the complaint by opening an audit.
