Family and friends pay tribute to a Bundaberg teenager who died in a horrific accident in Queensland.
Illiana Palella, 17, was killed in a collision between an armored vehicle and a car near Childers on Tuesday.
She was flown from the scene of the accident to the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital but did not survive her injuries.
In her support, a fundraiser was launched to support the victim’s family.
Her friend Mackenzie Blackburn described Ms Palella as a “beautiful friend of many”.
“Whether it was her coworkers, friends, or strangers, everyone knew she could put a smile on anyone’s face,” she said.

Mrs Blackburn met Mrs Palella while working at Woolworths Hinkler Centre.
“She comes from a hardworking, caring and supportive family who have been by her side through everything.”
“Whether it was her coworkers, friends, or strangers, everyone knew she could put a smile on anyone’s face,” she said.
Jaime Shipp also paid tribute to her friend on social media.
“I’m going to miss you so much I can’t believe you (sic) won’t come home calm my beautiful girl,” Ms Shipp wrote in a Facebook post.
Another friend said she was “loyal, caring and lively”.
Riylee Sutton remembered Ms Palella as a “shy, sweet girl”.
“She was adventurous. “She never leaves your side and was loyal, caring and vivacious,” Ms Sutton said.
A Woolworths Hinkler spokesman said they had organized a consultation for Ms Palella’s friends and colleagues.
