‘I did this! It works out!’ a fan replied.
“The best hack with such great results,” agreed another.
“I work at a top furniture store and we do this with antibacterial chemicals to keep everything clean because people are coming in.” [and] “sit and lie on the furniture,” shared another.
However, not everyone was a fan of the hack.
Many people feared that the detergent capsule would leave residue on the couch.
“I feel like after several applications a residue builds up and becomes sticky,” commented one viewer.
“I’ve tried it and it really isn’t that great, at least for me,” noted another.
“You need a range hood to really get it clean.” “Just get a carpet cleaner instead,” advised someone else. “They usually have a smaller end that you can use on sofas.”
