Eric Huxley, 44, was indicted in October on one count of deprivation of rights under color of law in the Sept. 24, 2021, incident. The police body-cam video of a forceful arrest on Sept. 24, 2021 appears to show an officer, Sgt. Eric Huxley, stomping on Jermaine Vaughn’s face.
