Martin Keown has slammed Gary Neville and Martin Tyler for their coverage of Arsenal during Sunday’s 3-0 defeat by Brighton.
The Gunners’ title fight ended at the Emirates after being outplayed by Roberto De Zerbi’s side, with Julio Enciso, Deniz Undav and Pervis Estupinan all scoring.
That leaves Mikel Arteta’s side four points behind Manchester City after playing a game more, meaning City could win the league next weekend.
The Brighton defeat was broadcast on Sky Sports, with Tyler and Neville acting as co-commentators and Keown – an Arsenal legend who won three Premier League titles with the club – unhappy with her coverage of the game.

“Martin Tyler is a great professional but he just can’t hide his heartache that Arsenal could win a football game.”
“Ah, honestly! We know Neville has the problem. He almost apologized for it when he said we should send off Martinelli (for a foul on Karou Mitoma) – no, no, not at all, you rely on your instincts.
“Well, that’s a stab in the eye of a commenter.” I should show more respect.
“Martin is a great commentator but please Sky don’t let him be at Arsenal games anymore, it’s really hard to listen!”
Keown, who is a regular pundit on talkSPORT, BT Sport, BBC and Mail Sport, appeared frustrated with Sky’s coverage and continued to take his stand when pressed by fellow presenters Jim White and Simon Jordan.
“Tell me, is Martin Tyler biased?” he continued. “Catch on the Arsenal fans.” You have to listen to this. There are only 60,000 spectators in the stadium, but millions are listening at home. Ask them what they think?’
White then asked Keown if he considered Tyler an Arsenal opponent, before an annoyed Keown added, ‘Yes, I do!’ Come on, let’s get it out there.’
