Police have arrested Collier Gwinnett, a San Francisco art gallery owner who was caught on video spraying a homeless woman with a water hose. He is facing a charge of misdemeanor battery.

If convicted, 71-year-old Collier Gwin could face up to six months in county jail and a $2,000 fine, officials say. The case remains under investigation.
