Play has released the PLAYFIT SLIM2C smartwatch on Tuesday in India. The Rs 3,999 lifestyle-centric wearable will be available from November 22 on the company’s official website, Amazon, Flipkart, and select retail outlets. PLAYFIT SLIM2C: Specifications
The PLAYFIT SLIM2C has a 1.3-inch IPS screen with a brightness of 500 nits. The wearable has a flat circular dial with a navigation button on the side. It is available in champagne and black.
The PLAYFIT software for the smartwatch allows users to customise the watch’s face, change the settings, and connect health and fitness data to their smartphone. According to the corporation, the Play companion app is housed on Indian servers, in accordance with the government of India’s policies on customer data privacy and hosting.
It works with both Android and iOS devices. It is also compatible with all PLAYFIT devices. It means that if the user upgrades to a newer version of the Play devices, the historical data is not lost. The Bluetooth calling capability of the PLAYFIT SLIM2C is backed by an inbuilt microphone and speaker. It is dust and water-resistant to IP67 standards.
It features sensors for monitoring heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. In addition, the watch monitors steps, calories, and sleep.
