CF Moto has rolled out the new fully-faired SR450 motorcycle which comes out as a rival to the popular KTM RC390 motorcycle. The new CFMoto SR450 takes inspiration from the SR-C21 concept which was first showcased back in 2021 at the EICMA motor show.

In terms of the exterior looks, the new SR450 fully-faired motorcycle from the Chinese bikemaker sports a very sharp, angular and aggressive design theme. Some of the visual inspiration for the SR450 also seems to have been sourced from the Keeway 300SR motorcycle which is also sold in the Indian market.

From split LED headlamps, USD front fork, tall fuel tank, and a pointy tail end, the CFMoto SR450 boasts striking visuals. Also, the use of a smart combination of grey, black and red colour scheme gives the bike a fairly premium appeal. Also, interestingly, the motorcycle also sports the segment-first aero winglets on the fairing.

The use of lowered clip-ons lends the motorcycle a sportier appeal, however, unlike the earlier concept model, it does not benefit from carbon ceramic brakes and the full-system exhaust from SC project At the heart of the motorcycle sits a 450cc, parallel-twin engine which is rated to churn out a maximum output of 50 bhp. At this power output, the motorcycle stands in the direct view of KTM RC390 motorcycle.

Some other feature highlights on the motorcycle include ABS as part of its safety kit, full-LED lighting and a TFT display that shows information such speed, gear indication, fuel level, rpm indicator and much more.

CFMoto currently doesn’t retail any motorcycles in the country, and the new SR450 is also unlikely to arrive in the Indian market anytime soon. Stay tuned to Times Drive for more details.
