New Delhi: Karishma Tanna is a known fitness enthusiast, yes, but she is not one who relies on just workout form to stay in an enviable shape. From yoga to inversions to strength training to cardio workouts, there are several forms that she is an expert at. And her Instagram profile is a delight for all the fans that get to see her break a sweat at the home and sometimes at home – be it on weekdays or on weekends. Most recently, while trying to keep calm and ease her way into a Sunday, she was she was seen performing inversions to keep calm. In a short Reel video, Karishma Tanna was seen performing inversions under the supervision of her trainer in what it seemed to be her living room. For the weekend, she decided to start with the Cobra pose or the Bhujangasana followed by a headstand, and then stretching the leg back and supporting them against a wall. The Bigg Boss fame was also seen performing the Wheel Pose to stretch and tone her core muscles.
