The Redmi Note 12 lineup of smartphones was recently introduced in China. Now, Redmi is expected to propel one of the Redmi K60 series smartphones in China by the end of this year. The K60 will have a redesigned rear design compared to the Redmi K50 series, according to a concept render that has now surfaced online. We were able to verify the availability of the Redmi K60’s concept render on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. However, it’s difficult to tell if it’s a fan-made rendering or something that was inspired by the actual smartphone.
The Redmi K60 sports a flat display on the front with a punch-hole slot in the top centre. For a phone in this price range, the bezels are a little bit thicker than expected.
The right spine of the handset features a volume rocker and a power button, which probably houses a fingerprint scanner. It sports a rectangular camera module with rounded edges on the back. The cameras are stacked vertically with a top sensor, accompanied by a larger lens and a square-shaped sensor.
The Redmi K60 will reportedly sport a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. The phone might pack a 5,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. On the rear, the Redmi K60 will house a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary camera with OIS support.
